TTÜ Local Committee – Recruitment timeline:

 

Events:

Lecture visits - 30th January – 10th of February

We will visit lectures in different universities (e.g TUT, TPS, TMK, TTK) and give you a short overview about the organization and what we offer. So keep your eyes and ears open! :)

Info evenings - 6th & 9th of February at 18.00 in TUT (room will be specified soon!)

This is the place where you can get an introduction about AIESEC – who we are, what we do and what you can gain by joining. You can listen to stories from people who have already done it and ask questions about anything and everything.

Spring Seminar - 11th of February in TUT, 11.00 (approximate end time: 18.30; room will be specified soon!)

A one-day event in TUT where in addition to getting to know the organization, you will meet many current AIESECers, see the culture of AIESEC, discuss and hear about interesting topics and spend a day with awesome people!

Induction week - 13th – 19th of February

All teams will have meetings where you can go, listen to the team leader introduce what you can do in that team and ask questions. This will help you a lot in deciding if and which team to choose, because at other events you won’t have the chance to become acquainted with each team so deeply. The timetable with concrete times and places will be specified and added to the webpage in the beginning of February.

Selection steps and deadlines:

The selection process consists of 3 steps:

I – Fill in the application form not later than 19th of February, 23.59. In the application you can also make a choice about which team you would like to join, so be sure to attend our induction week (see info below) and check information about teams on our webpage. We will look through your application and let you know if you got to the second step on 20th of February.

II – Come to Assessment Centre on 23rd of February, 18.00 in TUT. We will divide you into groups and give you some tasks that are both fun and innovative :) (NB! If you can’t attend this event on 23rd, you can go to Tallinn University’s Assessment Centre on the 21st, but it is strongly recommended to come on the 23rd, if possible!) We will let you know if you got to the third step of the process on 24th of Feb.

III – Come to an individual interview. You will have an interview with 2 current AIESEC members from the team/department you are interested in joining. This will take about 45-60minutes and is the last step of the process. The results about being accepted or not accepted to the organization will be announced on the 5th of March.

Assessment Centre - 23rd February 18.00 (room will be specified soon!)

NB! another Assessment Centre takes place in Tallinn University on 21st of Feb, those who apply for TUT, but can’t attend on 23rd, have to go there!

Interviews 27th of February - 3rd of March (in our office in TUT – Student House, room XXX-103)

Estonian Youth Forum: 27th of January

On the 15th of February  there will be an infofair about International education held in Tallinn University – in the Atrium of Mare building, from 11.30 to 14.30. It is your chance to learn more about internship offers through AIESEC.

AIESEC Spring Seminar: 18th of February in TLU

AIESEC Spring Seminar is your opportunity to learn more about our members, teams and the organization in general. You can see if this could be the right step for you. The event will last about 10.00 to 18.00. The specific time will be clarified. 

Application deadline:  19th of February, at 23.59

Assessment centre: 21st of February in TLU and 23rd of February in TTU

Interviews with candidates: 22-29th of February

Announcing results: 1st March

First General Meeting of AIESEC TLU: 6th of March, beginning 18.00 in TLU (room will be specified)
