Structure of the Local Committee

AIESEC TLÜ local committee (LC) is lead by the Local Committee President and her team, comprised of responsibles for the following functions:

Outgoing Exchange (OGX)

Outgoing Exchange deals with young who wish to go on an internship abroad (volunteering or professional). The task of the team is to recruit actively and to prepare the participants of the global community development and global internship programmes, for their life-changing experience.

For further information, please contact: Liis Lippus (liis.lippus@aiesec.net)

Incoming Exchange (ICX)

Incoming exchange is dealing with the companies that partner with us for the internship program and the interns who come to Estonia from other AIESEC countries.

As a team member you can plan the exchange process: selling the product, finding the suitable intern for the project/job, do the advertising campaigns, communicate with representatives of universities and companies and people all around the world. It is the best way to develop selling skills, organize learning events and finally go on exchange yourself.

Talent Management (TM)

Talent Management, mainly known as HR (Human Resources) deals with the membership of the organization: recruiting, allocating new members to teams, supporting, tracking the work and taking care of members’ development by trainings, learning circles, coaching, mentoring, etc. TM ensures that members are satisfied with their position, have enough opportunities to develop and keep up the LC’s culture to ensure a positive, fun and supportive environment.

Communication (Comm)

The Communication function is the department which makes AIESEC TLU visible. Radio, TV, newspapers, social media, public events – those are only a few channels that they are using! At the same time we support all the other teams with their knowledge in order to improve internal communication inside AIESEC.

Projects

Each year we make social projects with the goal to have a positive impact in Estonian society. We involve interns from all over the world in activities aimed to improve the education and cultural awareness of young people. The projects team deals with all the projects that AIESEC TLU will run throughout the year, with support from other functions.
