Conferences for learning

As in AIESEC learning is one of the crucial part of developing, our conferences are a great opportunity to participate in trainings, build your personal network, demonstrate leadership, have discussions on strategic development and world issues with the business sector and much more.

As an AIESEC member, you can be a delegate for these conferences or organize these events yourself, in your own city or abroad (through the global network).

Organizing Committee (OC) team

Additionally to previous functional activities, AIESEC organises many conferences, seminars, trainings and parties every year. The organizing commitee is chosen for each bigger event and every member can apply.

International Conferences

International conferences are the best way to create a diverse network of contacts, meet people from all around the world, learn about specific topics, develop your soft skills and have a lot of fun. Many conferences take place on all continents and you have the possibility to attend the conference as a delegate or apply to be a trainer/facilitator.

CEED (Cultural Envoy for exchange development)

CEED is an opportunity to go and work abroad in another AIESEC committee for 2 weeks – 6 months. The aim of this is to share knowledge and gain experience on a certain field (recruitment, sales, marketing etc) from each other. This experience suits you perfectly if you want to understand how certain processes from your area of interest work in anther countries and if you want to know and understand them in an environment which AIESEC provides.
