Team Member Programme
The team member programme is created for and addresses to young people who want to have a team experience, while being engaged in a specific function or project activity. You can become the member of a various number of teams, according to your knowledge, preparation and interest, under a structure supported by the international organization.
Each of the local committees that AIESEC in Estonia has, offers students different possibilities of getting involved as team members, according to their own structure and way of working.
Benefits for students who join the team member programme:
