Projects

When working in an AIESEC project, the members gets the knowledge and the skills needed in order to continue towards a leadership position in AIESEC, to start up their own project or even starting their own company. AIESEC provides the basic skills in sales and marketing, give lots of new ideas and provides a great network that is highly useful in the future career of the member. By continuing within AIESEC in a leadership position, the member develops a whole new set of skills like project management, organizational strategy, how to motivate members of the team, how to organize and set up a budget etc.
